It has been 2 weeks and I still have yet to received all your November Camp forms. You already did not hand up on time, yet you do not have the initiative to come and find me to hand up your forms?
The following cadets, I expect you to hand up your forms tomorrow, before school begins, before flag raising, :

Many of you give me the excuse that you do not have the forms. If that is the case, it just goes to show that your platoon mates did not collect for you, even though we clearly asked them to collect for absentees. This will just add on to the large amount of punishment you owe me already, if the fact that you didn't receive the form is true.
