To facilitate collection
Apologies for the late post.
To facilitate tomorrow's collection of money, I want the i/c to wirte down neatly who paid how much and whether it is the correct amount of money, at the bottom of list, also, write down total amount of money collected and names of those who did not hand up the money. This is to avoid the confusion and help to collate the money faster and efficiently.
Kaili

Add on (June Camp 2012)
To add on to your Coporal Jervis's post,
I want all items to be standardized.
1) Flags to be held by the Ai/c, standardize how you hold the flag, which hand and where is the tip of the flagpole touching.
2) Waterbottles, all your waterbottles are to have your name and group written on it. The name on the bottle to face the front (podium).
3) Attire as usual has to be up to standard, SpecsHook, Socks, Nails, Hair. All shirts to be tucked in and hair tied up for girls, neatly.
4) Baggages to be standardized how you will be arranging it when you fall in. I want to see all openings of the baggages to face the same side.
5) All I/Cs are to be there early to take attendance, call up whoever is late or whatsoever. Attendance is to be taken before the parade. I do not wish that your coporal Jervis has to wait for you for the attendance or prompt you. Before your coporal ask you for the attendance you are to have everything settled.
6) This is a training camp, do not bring any other items that are not stated in the packing list. If we find any, it will be confiscated and may bring about consequences.
7) You are to greet your NCOs from 0715 onwards. We have repeatedly remind you to greet the NCOs, Ex-NCOs, and Senior NCOs, if you do not listen after numerous repeated reminders, you will have to face the consequences. Make sure you greet every single one of the Ex-NCOs and Senior-NCOs, many of them will be coming back.
8) Please also make sure that all of you are extremely familiar with the SJAB pledge and dinnersong. Any one of you can be the COS.
This are the few stuff to be emphasized. So thats all i have to say, Have a good rest tonight! I know the sec2s had a really tiring day, you all have survived the 3 course days, you can do it for this camp and ncoc camp de! JIAYOU! Sleep early tonight, have plenty of rest and be prepared for the sjab camp. I dont want see zombies early in the morning in Anderson , make sure you sleep early tonight!
Yeeah, thats all. Please spread this to everyone. No excuses allowed.
