Dear SJAB students going on the service learning trip end of the year,
There will be a briefing this 14 September Friday 12.45pm in Humanities Room. The briefing will last max an hour. It is mainly to issue the packing list and more details on the trip.
I have sent you a email just now with an attachment on your particulars. Please
check your name and ensure all the details are correct, especially the
name, passport number and expiry date. cause this file will be used by
us to issue the airline ticket. Any errors will mean that you have to
pay extra to change the error and you might not be able to board the
plane due to security concerns.
If there are errors, please email me by Thursday 13 September 9pm.
See you this Friday. attendance is compulsory.
