Be a
NCO Day is a twice a term event for Sec
3s in term 1 where they can take on the roles of positions you wish to learn
more about.
The objective of this exercise is to allow Sec 3s to gain first hand experience how the CCA is run and also to develop skills needed for NCOship in April.
Every Sec 3 is given 2 choices based solely on their area of interests. NCOs will offer advice and guidance. These
opportunities are purely developmental and is not be used for appraisal.
